Large and absolutely superb breakfast and amiable staff!!!

The property was comfortable and incredibly beautiful. Very comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and an electric kettle, quiet air conditioning, and climate control in the room. Lots of great food. Marvellous and stunning location in quiet area in a nice enough area. Nice experience there.

Walk from a train station, the location was AMAZING and fantastic, to a supermarket. Bentota Beach district was worth staying in. The room was huge & neat, came with WiFi. The breakfast was fresh made and lovely, had lots of options.

Booked the hotel for its good and incredible location so close to the beach and restaurants as well as train station, Sri Lanka for four weeks and the platform. It also was close to ocean.

The location here is amazing, and the breakfast is large and superb with plenty of food.

The location of the hotel was great, just a couple of minutes from the railway station and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The rooms were lovely, equipped with all the necessary facilities including a clean toilet and bath, comfortable bedpost, tea and coffee, fridge, AC. The hostess and host were extremely friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for sights to see. The breakfast was sumptuous and tastefully laid out, with a big variety of toast, eggs, and fresh fruits.

The bath towels provided were a little on the small side.

Our stay at Aayu's Guest was absolutely fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising my boyfriend with birthday decorations and a cake for breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and eggs. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The host's attention to detail and thoughtfulness made our stay truly special. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful guest house when we come back to Sri Lanka!

The owners were unbelievably friendly and helpful, even wrapping our suitcases in clingfilm to protect them from the rain! The cozy room, abundant breakfast, and proximity to the beach, station, and EXCELLENT restaurants made our stay mind-blowing.

The hosts are friendly and knowledgeable, offering great local tips and assistance when needed. The breakfasts served are absolutely amazing, with fresh and delicious options. the hotel provides excellent value for money.

The location here is fantastic, close to a supermarket and in a beautiful area, and my room was quiet with its own fridge and private balcony.

We were warmly greeted by Aayu, who made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. She gave us great advice on trips and restaurants, even helping to arrange a boat trip on the river. The beach was beautiful, with big waves and a lifeguard. The owners were also incredibly kind, picking us up from the airport and providing delicious breakfasts. The neighborhood was authentic and just a short walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back!
